Well, my proposal is nearing completion. I have sent it to my committee for revisions, and recommendations. I hope to defend in the next week or so, and then to seek IRB approval. I am still, however, looking for an industry partner to allow me to conduct my research in their organization. I think my idea has great promise for any organization willing to take a look.
