ABOUT ME
I am an experienced executive chef and manager who is looking to share my experience and expertise to maximize your businesses potential. I am also a PhD who has dedicated myself to studying the influence of the emotional intelligence of a leader (teacher, manager, supervisor) on the organizational citizenship behavior, satisfaction, productivity and ability to learn of their subordinates. Currently, I am the Director of Management Programs for Sullivan University's College of Hospitality, National Center for Hospitality Studies, and have over 35 years of food service industry experience, primarily in volume food service (casinos, convention centers, stadiums, hotels.)
